Workaholics aren’t Heroes! What REWORK tells us about Jobsharing.
The book „Rework“ by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson is a highly recommendable read for all people willing to rethink our working world (and hopefully, it will change the others‘ minds a well!).
